Let’s see it in action at LAIKA, an innovative interior design firm.

Inside Luklak, Maddy manages the 'Scandinavian Simplicity' Ad creative. She uses Luklak to generate a precise UTM link, embedding the crucial 'ad_key', MKT-236, for perfect tracking.

Sarah, seeking a Scandi-minimalist refresh, sees LAIKA's compelling ad and clicks 'Learn More'

She fills out an inquiry form on the website.

Instantly, a new Customer 🧊 Object is born in the Sales ⏹️ Space

It's automatically assigned to David, the ideal sales consultant, who now has the full context—including the exact ad Sarah came from—before even making the first call.

After a great call, David clicks a single button: "Schedule Meeting".

A pop-up appears. He adds Max, the lead designer.

The moment he hits "Confirm," Universal Automation creates and sends a Google Calendar invite to David, Max, and the client, Sarah. Zero friction. Perfect sync.

The meeting is a success. Time to draft the contract

David updates the status to "Contract Prep". This single click triggers a cascade. The system instantly creates two new, linked 🧊 Objects: a "Site Survey" for Tony in the field and a "Contract" for the Finance team.

Tony receives the 🧊Site Survey" with unmistakable checklist

On-site, Tony scans a QR code to open the task on his phone. He finds an unforeseen structural issue and documents it with a live photo, complete with a timestamp and GPS data.

Instantly, Max the designer is notified of the new constraint. The design and the contract can now be adjusted with perfect accuracy, before they become a problem.

While Tony is in the field, David from Sales and Emma from Accounting collaborate

within the Contract Object's live chat to finalize terms

With one click, a professional Google Docs contract is generated from a template, pulling all the smart values

...client name, project value, payment terms—directly from the 🧊︎Contract.

This action also auto-creates three 🧊︎ Invoice object for each payment installment.

Sarah pays the deposit using a QR code. This payment is the kick that launches the entire project.

A "Payment Received!" message is sent to the Sales's Space chat

This payment is the kick-off for a cascade of automations:

Updating the receipt's status.

Calculating the outstanding debt on the Contract.

Changing the customer's status to "Ready".

Creating a Project for implementation.

The Project Manager is assigned the new Project Object.

This, in turn, creates a linked "Design" Object for Max, pre-loaded with all history and survey data.

As the design progresses, fully update the description with the vision, style, etc.

When Max finishes the concept, he changes the status. The system automatically tags David for an internal review.

Sales and Design teams collaborate and provide feedback directly within the Design task, ensuring the highest quality before it is sent to the client.

After a quick chat, David clicks a button to send the concept to Sarah.

Universal Automation drafts a perfectly personalized email, pulling in her name, her preferred style, and the design link.

Whether the client approves the design or requests a revision, the designer's next step is a simple drag-and-drop on the visual Kanban board.

After a while, the project is finally complete. This is when the workflow transitions to the after-sales care phase.

When the project is successfully finished, the status is changed to "Complete." The system records the launch date and triggers the final workflow.

It automatically calculates a loyalty voucher for Sarah

and creates a new "After-Sales Care" Object for Grace in Customer Success, scheduling recurring check-ins to nurture the relationship.

From the first ad click to long-term customer care, every step is connected in one seamless, intelligent flow. No bottlenecks. No misalignment. Just frictionless value.
