Like a team, an initiative comprises members who work together and contribute their skills and expertise to achieve specific results. People in initiatives have security and privileges associated.

Your information is safe in Hanna Prodigy, as we don't retain any data from your talks or use it to improve our AI.

Each initiative has its own members and unique set of privileges. An employee can belong to one or more initiatives.

Initiatives can be grouped for clarity. For example, you can create a group for all finance-related initiatives and another for those focused on products.

You can access your new AI colleague, Hanna Prodigy on the right-hand side. This area features more than just a chatbot.

Sharing Smartnotes company-wide, within an initiative, or privately will impact how Hanna Prodigy learns and integrates your knowledge into its artificial brain.

Hanna is language neutral. One team can teach her in Spanish, another in English, but she always responds in the language of the interface, helping to integrate multilingual teams.

Other advanced features include **Strategic Alignments Designer**, which allows you to create guidelines and regulations in your sector. We will learn more about it in another tutorial.

Administrative privileges determine who can access Strategic Alignments and others.

Only administrators have access to this menu for dealing with license administration and user management.

You have a license for each user specified in your plan. Start by adding your company’s users to the platform, and later, invite them to participate in an initiative.

In addition to Administrators, there are Initiative Owners who lead teams or products. They have access to various features within their initiative.

Members have limited access compared to Initiative Owners but can still utilize most features within their designated initiative.

Guests have view-only access to the initiative, meaning they can read the content but cannot make changes.

If you are an administrator or an initiative owner, you can also change several parameters about Hanna Prodigy

As an administrator, you can modify Hanna Prodigy's behavior, ensuring it aligns with your company’s core values, customized recommendations, and unique operational needs

Remember, Hanna comes with her own personality, and any adjustments you make will add to her original character, not replace it

If you are an initiative owner, you can also adjust Hanna’s behavior to align with your goals but just for your initiative. For example, you can instruct Hanna to communicate like a marketing specialist for the marketing initiative or like a sales representative for the sales team
