Click on the "Admin" tab in the top right corner next to "Analytics." 

Click on "Payment" in the left navigation bar.

To change a payment method, click on any of the options in which you would like to change payment methods to.

Team Balance allows you to add funds to the team through an invoice paid either by Credit Card or ACH. All of your users will pull from this when sending a Thnks.

"Team Card" allows you to put a single credit card on file for all your users to access when sending a Thnks. After choosing "Team Card," there will be an option on the right to "Add New Card."

"Personal Cards" require each of your users to add their own credit card to their account. They can do this by navigating to their profile to add it.

Finally, "User Balance" allows users to spend using funds that have been added directly to their account by an admin.

Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom to solidify your choice.

Conveniently, you can set up additional payment method options for your users along with your default payment method.
