If you're looking to send a Thnks to a large group of individuals, the Bulk Sending feature is a powerful tool. Simply provide us with a filled out template and an Account Manager will take care of the rest. To start, navigate to the Thnks app.

Start by clicking "Bulk Sending" to the right on the top navigation ribbon.

Download the bulk sending template. You may also click "Review the template guide here" for detailed instructions on filling out the template. We'll go ahead and cover that now.

There are four tabs to pay attention to. "Instructions" contains a guide for your ease of use, "Bulk_Template" is the template you will fill out, "Finding the Thnks ID" explains how to find the Thnks ID, we'll cover that in just a moment, and finally "Finding Required Fields."

The first step is to fill out the first and last name of your recipient.

Enter the email of your recipient and the personalized message you'd like to appear in the Thnks.

Next, enter the ID of the Thnks. Continue to see how to obtain a Thnks' ID.

Click on "Send a Thnks" and select a category that contains your intended Thnks, or search for it in the provided search bar.

Once you've selected a Thnks, you will see "Thnks ID:" below the title of the Thnks. This is the number you will use for the Thnks ID.

Continuing, enter the email of the desired sender, the date that you'd like the bulk to go out, and the time and time zone, if the bulk is not to be sent immediately. Finally, if your recipient is outside of the United States, please input their country.

If you know your team has required fields, please enter the required information as well.

When ready, upload your template file and optionally provide any comments or questions for our team to address.

Click "Submit" when the form is fully filled out and you are ready to submit. Our team will receive your request and start working on it as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. When your bulk is ready to send, our team will provide you with one final confirmation. Upon approval from you, we'll make sure the bulk goes out.
