01Nila

Same guide. Nila wrote the right half.

Same capture, same screenshots. Everything on the right, Nila wrote from your steps and captures. Undo puts the left side back.

  • Reads every step and its screenshot before writing a word
  • Instructions name the real control, not “click here”
  • Every rewrite keeps a snapshot, so undo is one click

  • Rewrite a guide

Reads every step and its screenshot, then rewrites the title, description and each instruction in one voice. Pick a tone or let her match yours.

  • Paraphrase a step

Tightens one line without touching the rest. UI labels, shortcuts and links stay exactly as you typed them. If it is already clear, she says so.

  • Generate FAQs

Writes the questions readers still have after the last step, with answers drawn only from the guide. Edit or drop any pair before publishing.

  • Title & description

A title someone would search for and a description that says the outcome, both written from the steps. Try another until one fits.

02Voiceover

Narrate without a mic. Or with yours.

Turn written steps into spoken audio in the same editor. Edit the script before you spend a credit, pick a voice, or clone your own so every guide sounds like you.

09Credits & BYOK

Credits, not surprises.

Every AI feature on this page runs on the monthly credit allowance included in your plan. Top-up packs cover the busy months. You see the cost before you run anything, unused credits carry over, and teams on Business & Enterprise plans can bring their own keys.

See credits by plan
  • One pool per team

Credits come per seat, pool across the workspace and roll over month to month.

  • Top-up packs

Busy month? Add 20,000 credits for US$5, whenever you need them. They roll over too.

  • Bring your own key

Plug in your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or ElevenLabs keys.

Frequently asked questions

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, email us at [email protected] or DM us at @useGuidejar

    • What is Nila?

Nila is Guidejar’s AI assistant for writing. She handles the work after you capture a guide: rewriting steps, tightening a line, generating FAQs and writing the title and description. She writes straight into the guide, so there is nothing to copy back and forth.

    • Does Nila invent steps or features?

No. She writes from your screenshots and step text. If something is not in the guide, it does not make it into the wording, the title or the FAQ.

    • Which plans include which AI features?

Nila, AI voiceover, translation, Video-to-Guide and AI import run on Pro and above. Guidejar MCP starts on Plus. Voice cloning, auto-redact PII and help center Ask AI are on Business.

    • Can I undo what the AI changes?

Yes. Guidejar snapshots the guide before a rewrite starts, so one click restores it exactly as it was. You can also cancel a rewrite while it is running and keep whatever has landed.

    • Will the AI change my screenshots?

Only if you ask it to. Auto-redact PII blurs sensitive details in captures on Business plans. Everything else works on text and audio, so your captures, blurring and annotations stay exactly as you left them.

    • Do I need my own API key?

No. Everything runs on the credits included in your plan. Business teams can bring their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or ElevenLabs key if they prefer to be billed by their provider.
